Offered Classes
Classes are available in studio or via Zoom – Up to date on cleaning protocols and safety.
Gentle Beginners’
Focuses on building strength and flexibility from where you are at today through incorporating yoga poses, mindfulness and of course savasana
Flow
Focus on linking breath with a more vigorous and mindful flow and build strength, flexibility, concentration and calming the mind
Childrens
45-60 minute, age appropriate classes that are fun and engaging as children develop body awareness, learn ways to manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditating and healthy movement along with building their confidence and positive self image
Yin
Allows the mind and body to let go, as poses are held for longer periods of time; targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia and ligaments in the body and facilitates a deeper opening as you let go of tension, tightness and resistance
Restorative
Through holding poses for longer periods of time with the intention to relax into the postures using as little physical effort as possible; perfect for those suffering anxiety, insomnia or headaches or other stress related conditions
Specialized Classes
Specialized classes are offered throughout the year such as yoga for golf, yoga for shopping, couples beer and yoga night
Private Classes
Private studio, in home or per event yoga sessions also available upon request
